Event Details

Managing data can either be a time consuming roadblock to efficient and effective decision making or a competitive advantage by providing roadsigns that can indicate what lies ahead.  Successful emerging businesses use dashboards to improve decision making, manage costs and identify new business opportunities. This session will provide an overview to business owners and entrepreneurs on dashboards, business intelligence and key performance indicators.  It will also focus on how to efficiently navigate through multi-dimensional data, and demonstrate how data visualization, aka Dashboards, is a powerful tool  in making sense out of a “sea of data.”

Key take-aways will include:

  • Identify what information is critical to your business (financial and operational), your Key Performance Indicators.
  • How to create dashboards.
  • How to support your decision making process.
  • How dashboards can help identify your business’s opportunities.
  • Build a personal stock of verifiable and sustainable business intelligence.
  • Maintain your competitive edge with a repeatable business intelligence process.
